Cableguys Black Friday: Deals, Predictions, Historic Discounts

Black Friday 2026: what is on sale

Cableguys started its sale on 12 October 2026, the day it released the TimeStop tape-stop plugin. KVR lists the sale as running until 30 November, and Plugin Boutique shows it ending on 1 December. Cableguys does not print an end date.

ShaperBox 3 Bundle (all 11 Shapers): $89 instead of $99, 10% off

Cableguys Bundle (ShaperBox 3 Bundle plus TimeStop, Snapback, FilterShaper XL, Curve 2, HalfTime and MidiShaper): $149 instead of $179, 17% off

Snapback drum layering effect: $29 instead of $49, 41% off

MidiShaper: $29 instead of $49, 41% off

FilterShaper XL dual filter: $49 instead of $79, 38% off

VolumeShaper: $19 instead of $29, 34% off

TimeStop on its own: $16, its normal price. Owners of the Cableguys Bundle can upgrade to get it for $9.

ShaperBox 3 Bundle upgrades: $69 from TimeShaper 3 plus VolumeShaper 7, or $79 from either plugin alone, at Plugin Boutique. Log in to your Cableguys account to see your own upgrade prices.

Cableguys advertises savings of up to 78%, but that figure compares the Cableguys Bundle with buying every plugin separately. Against the normal bundle price of $179, the discount is 17%.

Is this the lowest price?

Not uniquely. The same ShaperBox 3 Bundle, Cableguys Bundle and Snapback prices came back in the 2025 winter sale, Snapback was $29 again in February 2026 and FilterShaper XL was $49 in June 2026. Black Friday is a good time to buy, but not the only one.

What to expect for the rest of the sale

Cableguys has opened its Black Friday sale in October or early November, alongside a new release, in each of the last five years: ShaperBox 3 on 24 October 2022, ReverbShaper on 7 November 2023, Snapback on 24 October 2024, PitchShaper on 14 October 2025 and TimeStop on 12 October 2026.

The sale was extended by a few days in 2022, 2023 and 2025, so the 30 November end date may move. The ShaperBox 3 Bundle has cost $89 at every Black Friday since 2022 and the Cableguys Bundle $149 since 2024, so we do not expect a deeper cut before the sale ends. Read our ShaperBox 3 news to see what the bundle does.
