The sale started on the Rhodes store only. The Cyber Monday extension also ran at Plugin Boutique*.

What changed in 2026

Three things are new since last Black Friday. In February, Rhodes renamed Wurli as Wurlitzer by Rhodes, with an official Wurlitzer endorsement; its list price is $129.95. In March it released Pianology, three sampled pianos for $149.95 (see our Pianology news). In July it released Clav Pro, a Clavinet D6 plugin, for $129.95. The late summer sale, which ended on 31 August 2026, took 30% off the range and 50% off V8 Pro.

Prediction for Black Friday 2026

Rhodes has started its Black Friday sale on 8 November 2024 and 10 November 2025, and ended it on or just after Cyber Monday. We expect the 2026 sale to start around 9 November and run into early December. The discount on established plugins has been 60% two years running, so V8 Pro at about $119.95 and Anthology at about $59.95 are the likely prices. New plugins got smaller cuts in their launch year (Anthology and Chroma were 30% off in 2024), so Pianology and Clav Pro may only be about 30% off. Expect the bundles to return. Every instrument has a 14-day free trial on the Rhodes website*, so you can test before the sale.
